The G.H.O. Global Honey Organization and its membership comprise individuals or companies involved in the processing, packing and trading of honey.

Members whose admission is subject to a vote of existing members must hold a GFSI certification or equivalent certification and demonstrate an explicit knowledge and understanding of the sector and the relevant issues.

It is expected that members will be active participants in the association and the achievement of its aims.
